Oven (Natural) Dried Production
‘Naturally (oven) dried fruits are basically plain raw fruits that have undergone a controlled dehumidification process in an industrial oven. In order to obtain a dried, natural and sweet product without any added sugar and preservatives, the water content is removed from the fruit in special ovens with significant temperature and humidity levels. Only the fruit itself, without water inside.
